This acquisition marks Nutrien’s first major strategic investment in the Asia-Pacific region and signifies the expansion of its globally recognized digital agriculture platform into key Asian markets, with the aim of driving sustainable agricultural development and efficiency in the region.

This strategic acquisition bringstogether Nutrien’s deep presence in the agriculture sector across the Asia-Pacific region and its global distribution network with Xing Pan Industrial’s innovative technologies and profound understanding of the local market. By integrating resources, the two companies aim to provide growers in Asia-Pacific with comprehensive, data-driven solutions covering the entire farming cycle—from seed to harvest—to address the growing demand for food and the challenges posed by climate change.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Xingpan Industrial has completed its audit, and the acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
